Return / Exchange Policy:

Refunds are on merchandise only. There is no charge for a size or style exchange, you must pay return shipping for exchanges. No returns on worn shoes or after 30 days and must be in original box. All returns and exchanges must have prior authorization as they go back to different locations and can take up to three weeks for exchange and credit. Please Contact Us for return authorization.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Ground Shipping will take form 5 to 10 days of shipping. Two Day Air must be in by 12:00 PM to go out that day and takes two business days. One Day Air in by 12:00 PM and takes one business day.
